Terms & Conditions – okzz77 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

Clause 3.1

Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register an account or use any service offered by okzz77. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. okzz77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — such as a valid National Identity Document (NID) or passport — at any point. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any balance returned to the original payment method used for deposit.

Clause 3.2

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the okzz77 platform. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okzz77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

Clause 3.3

Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

Clause 3.4

Account Security and Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okzz77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. okzz77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact okzz77 support immediately via the in-app live chat function.

Clause 5.1

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotional offer. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Real money funds deposited alongside a bonus acceptance may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the bonus wagering requirement is satisfied — players should review offer-specific terms before accepting any bonus.

Clause 5.2

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each offer. Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. okzz77 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus credits where there is reasonable evidence that a player has attempted to exploit promotional terms, created multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or engaged in any form of coordinated bonus abuse.

Clause 5.3

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spin rewards that remain unused or whose wagering requirements remain unsatisfied after the expiry period stated in the relevant offer will be automatically removed from the player's account. The expiry period begins at the point the bonus is credited, not at the point it is first used. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

Clause 6.1

Third-Party Game Providers

All games available on the okzz77 platform are supplied by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are determined entirely by each provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. okzz77 does not operate its own RNG and has no ability to influence game outcomes. Players in Bangladesh receive the same game experience as players in any other market served by these providers.

Clause 6.2

Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or communication error during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the player's account. Wins arising from a game malfunction or a demonstrable technical error will not be honoured. okzz77 will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve technical issues promptly, and will communicate with affected players via the in-app support channel.

Clause 6.3

Prohibited Player Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okzz77 platform:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with games or the platform in a manner not intended for manual human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live table games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, false identity claims, or misrepresentation of transaction details.

okzz77 reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, and withhold balances pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected.

Clause 8.1

Platform Availability

okzz77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary service unavailability. okzz77 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance via the platform's notification system.

Clause 8.2

Limitation of Loss Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okzz77's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of real money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. okzz77 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

Clause 8.3

Internet and Connectivity

okzz77 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues, mobile data interruptions, or network conditions outside of its direct control. Players in Bangladesh accessing the platform via Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or any other mobile or fixed-line internet service provider do so at their own risk with respect to connectivity. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before commencing a live game session or placing an in-play sports bet.

Clause 9.1

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their okzz77 account at any time by contacting support via in-app live chat. Before an account is closed, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions are met. Bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Clause 9.2

Platform-Initiated Closure

okzz77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity; provision of false registration information; prohibited player conduct as defined in Clause 6.3; or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, okzz77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation or in accordance with the nature of the breach.

Clause 10.1

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between a player and okzz77, the player should in the first instance contact the okzz77 support team via in-app live chat, providing a clear description of the issue and any relevant transaction reference numbers. The support team will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, okzz77 will escalate the matter to its internal review team, whose decision will be final and binding.

Clause 10.2

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the okzz77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and okzz77 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
